18.
It all started on March 18th, 1994.
There was one goal: to create the most genuine brotherhood that could ever possibly exist on an established platform.
It was not about being Greek. It was not about having the fame, the girls, the networking, or any of those things. It was sure as hell not about spreading globally and having a plethora of members as fast as it possibly can. No, it was the opposite of that. It was to create something for the few. Something real. The pursuit was at a much higher echelon, destined for a much greater calling of its individuals. A group that embodies its unity above all else and from which it achieves its strength and its identity. An entity that will thrive on its beliefs and its pride alone. It might not be able to reach a status of being the most known. But that is the beauty of it: it does not have to be. For those that know of it will know in their hearts that this is the closest of organizations they have ever seen. That nothing comes close to the ideals presented by this brotherhood. That no one can every deny what we preach: "In Unity We Stand Strong" and that we live and breathe by this statement not through words but by action and continuous undying and unparalleled support for each other for almost two decades. That this is the closest fraternity that you have seen and will ever see, and that is a promise. That our bond is not about just having the same Letters. That we identify ourselves as individuals, not just numbers on our backs. That this is the closest thing to blood as it can ever get.
Thank you Founding Fathers.
Happy 18 Years Nu Alpha Phi.
